Bootstrap Bucks Header The Bootstrap Bucks reimbursement grant program is designed to help rural communities promote tourism events. Approved GO TEXAN Certified Rural Communities can use up to $2,500 in reimbursable funds for one of four eligible promotional items: posters, large signage (billboards/banners), newspaper/magazine advertisements and radio/television spots. This program is subject to the availability of state funds. At this time, funds for Bootstrap Bucks are depleted through August 2011. Please check the Web site often for updates.
